Els BRIT Awards 2026 ja han fet públiques les seves nominacions. Olivia Dean i Lola Young lideren la cursa d’enguany amb cinc candidatures cadascuna, convertint-se en les grans favorites d’aquesta edició.
La llista de nominats inclou un total de 92 nominacions repartides en 16 categories. Entre els artistes més destacats també hi ha Sam Fender, amb quatre nominacions, i Lily Allen, Wolf Alice, Dave, Fred again.. i Jim Legaxcy, tots ells amb tres.
Una de les grans sorpreses és el retorn de Pulp als BRITs. El grup britànic ha estat nominat per primera vegada en 30 anys gràcies a l’èxit del seu àlbum “More”, que el 2025 va assolir el número u a les llistes del Regne Unit.
L’edició del 2026 consolida una tendència històrica. Gairebé el 70% dels artistes nominats, concretament el 69,2%, s’identifiquen com a dones o persones no binàries, el percentatge més alt mai registrat als BRIT Awards.
La gala se celebrarà dissabte 28 de febrer al recinte Co-op Live de Manchester.
