Els irlandesos U2 publicaran el seu proper llançament el 17 de març sota el títol de “Songs of Surrender”. Serà un doble disc amb 40 cançons regravat per la banda entre el 2019 i el 2021 amb arranjaments diferents a la versió original.
La publicació anirà acompanyada d’un documental i d’un especial a la televisió, que es va gravar l’any passat.
Bono va decidir canviar les lletres d’algunes cançons de les que no estava del tot satisfet. Ha comptat amb productors com Howie B, Jacknife Lee o Daniel Lanois, amb els quals ja havia treballat anteriorment.
